The Ultrasound

Sorry the pics are blurry. They gave me a disc but it's with some weird program so I can't save the pictures so I took these of my computer with my phone! But you get the idea.

The First picture is of Baby "B" and the second is Baby "A". The second picture shows how close they are to each other...

I go in for my next Dr. Appt next Tuesday and then have another ultrasound on March 20th to find out what kind of twins we are having (not the sexes yet though).

Grammy and Jocelyn's trip!

Well we had lots of fun and the crew got lots done. We had Sandie for the first part of her trip. She was able to get in lots of Justin time since I worked so it was great! They are the best of friends! We didn't take a lot of pictures this trip, but rather enjoyed each others company because this is the last trip before the craziness begins. Next time Sandie will be here there will be three beautiful baby girls that she will need to tend to and who could blame her!!!!! How exciting. Jocelyn stayed with Ryan and Sundi the whole time and helped design the nursery and they all put everything where its supposed to go and got the nursery ready for the girls. I will take pics next time I am over there or steal some from Jocelyns blog. Sundi is hanging in there, she looks amazing if you didn't see her huge belly you would never know she was pregnant - her body really has agreed with this whole triplet thing!

As you now know we are having twins and it was a very special moment that Sandie and I shared when we found out. Having twins herself she was very excited and I am so glad she was there with me, she knew exactly what to say and how to say it, as she often does! I am so grateful to be a part of this Brown clan that is growing by the minute!

Well we have yet another surprise for everyone. On Thursday, Sandie, Justin and I went to my first ultrasound. As we got into the room the tech told us she couldn't answer any questions because the dr would analyze the results and give them to our Dr. So I lay down, look up at the screen and see two circles with two little babies in them! I couldn't believe it, I kept looking back at Sandie saying "there are two". She kept doing the same thing! The tech couldn't confirm for us but after about 15 minutes of us talking about it and realizing she was marking an "A" and "B" she finally gave in and admitted there were two! So there you have it, TWINS. We are officially due on October 1st with twins! We will find out what kind of twins on March 20th and will find out the sexes sometime in May. Stay tuned!

Grammy and Joc!

Can't wait, they get here on Thursday. I am also super excited because I was able to schedule my first ultrasound so that Sandie can go with me on thursday!

Dr. Appt

Well we had our first Dr. appt today - it was just the initial consultation - did a few tests. They took my blood. I am glad I forgot they did that! I couldn't watch but Justin did. Glad I had my strong man to remind me that I was tough and could take it! They gave me a lot of stuff to read over about various tests and stages of pregnancy, just to remind me in case I forgot everything, which is good because I did forget a lot! I will have an ultrasound in the next week or so to verify the due date. Then my next appointment is March 4th with my Dr. So we will have more exciting news soon.

The picture is obviously a self portrait. Justin and I were hanging out and decided to play with the camera. I don't think any kid will every be as amazing as Justin.

Sundi's Triplet Shower

Last weekend I was invited to Sundi (my sister in law's) shower for her triplets who are arriving sometime in April. Here are some pictures. Sundi was a sport, she is currently on bed rest but was able to make it up so we could all celebrate! The decorations were beautiful (theme was 3 peas in a pod) and we even played a few games. One being the cruel game of "how big is she". She opened lots of presents and we had great food and cake! It was a fun day, fun to see Sundi as she progresses in her pregnancy.

Touchdown

So we taught Justin the "touchdown" cheer! He also knows when the people on TV clap, he is supposed to. This was the winning touchdown for the Giants!!

Chips n Salsa

Colin and I like to go to breakfast together on Sundays. We started the tradition a long time ago and always have a great time. Well Justin decided that he not only loves the waitresses at the Salty Seniorita but also the salsa. I gave him a little then all of a sudden he was dipping his own chips in it!!!!
