Our typical Meal out

Justin is such a Curious George or Nosy Rosy like his mom! Now that he sits in a high chair he turns around and looks at everyone but us. He loves to look at everything that is going on around him. Colin jokes that we should put him at the table next to us to get him to pay attention to us.

He is really starting to love "real" food. He loves cheese, rice, peas, green beans, limes and anything else he can get his little hands on!! He stuffs his little mouth because he likes the whole picking it up thing, then he slowly swallows everything loaded in his mouth! It's pretty adorable!!!

First Set of Clubs!

My parents gave Justin his first set of clubs. Of course he chewed on them the whole time but I am sure he will be quite the golfer thanks to Colin, Grandpa and Uncle Ryan!

New Haircut!

Justin had his first real haircut (other than mom and dad using the scissors to attempt a hair cut). Sandie and I found this cute little place called Little Chops. He got to sit in a car and watch a movie while she cut his hair. Although all he was interested in doing was taking the comb from the cute girl cutting his hair! He did so good, I think Sandie and I took about 20 pictures. It was a great experience and Justin looks like such a big boy now!!!!

Hanging upside down

One of Justin's (and Colin's) favorite things to do is hang upside down. He just cracks up when Colin does this.

Sapporo!!!

Almost every time Sandie comes in to town we go to our favorite sushi place down here, Sapporo's. We always have fun! Last time we went Justin was still in his carseat and not able to enjoy the fun with us! Now that he is a big boy and can be in a high chair he was able to sit at the table with us!!! He loves sushi (well at least the rice part)! Afterwards we went to walk around Kierland (upscale, outdoor shopping center) of course we ended up at Coldstone and Justin got to experience his first bites of ice cream, of course he loved it!!!!

Great Food, great company!

Look at all of those blue eyes!! This picture was taken at Ryan's when we had our farewell BBQ to say goodbye to Jocelyn and Sandie. Ryan made the best gormet sandwiches ever!!! I swear the guy should be a chef!!!!! Justin loved the fruit salad!

Trouble but irresistable!!!

Justin is getting rather brave! He is into everything and we find that we chase him around everywhere! It's lots of fun though!

Bath Time

Sandie gave Justin a bath in the sink when she was here and that's how we do it now... is this not an ad for Johnson and Johnson or what?????

Climbing my favorite toy

Justin has found a new use for his new toy...don't worry Grammy, we didn't let him fall!

I swear we are having fun!

As you all know, Justin has a great Colin scowl. I swear we were having fun, laughing and splashing around!!!

Those ol Blue Eyes

We bought Justin a new toy for the water. We have been really worried about him burning his precious skin so we bought him a toy with a sun shade attached to it...

Enjoying daddy time

Since I have been working more, Colin is getting in some really good quality time with Justin. Here they are enjoying a nice meal!!!

The new hips!

Justin's grandpa and great Uncle Steve both had hip replacements in the same week and both came down to AZ to recover. Here they are with the little guy!

1st official Sleepover!

Colin was going to take me out on a date and my mom was going to watch the baby the next day so I could work on a Sunday and give Colin a break... so I decided to be brave and let him spend the night. They had a blast - even old Buddy!

Happy Birthday Grandpa Doug

The "Colin" Scowl

As you all know, Colin doesn't think he has a scowl, but his facial expressions say different, and his son follows in his foot steps!

Hangin out in the pool

Colin accidentally heated up the pool, so we went in the pool today! Usually Colin heats up the hot tub just enough so we don;t get cold in the water...

Standing up all by myself

Colin was outside on the phone last night and came inside around 7:30 (30 minutes past Justin's bedtime) and asked if he was in bed. I said "are you kidding" Justin was right next to him under our sofa table, standing up by himself. Earlier in the evening he would kneel by the table but this was the first time either of us had seen him standing up all by himself!!!

The joys of Fatherhood!

Who would ever picture The Colin Brown with baby throw up on him!!!!! How sweet!

Hard day in the pool

Colin heats up the hot tub to about 95 degrees almost every night for Justin and I to get some swim time in. He has two toys that he sits in, this is his newest one. He loves them so much that he falls asleep in them!! So cute!

standing up -or at least trying

Justin has been sitting up like a champ for a while and now he is attempting to stand himself up. I helped him hold on to the couch but he does like to crawl up my legs and stand up - it is adorable!!

Little Explorer

Justin started crawling and sitting up all at the same time on March 25th. He is getting faster - it is so fun to watch. He is just now figuring out how to shift his legs back and forth, he still sometimes scoots his legs. He crawls right up to the tile floor in our family room and stops and whines. He wants to follow me into the kitchen but doesn't like the hard tile so he just sits up and looks at me - it's so funny! He is starting to explore all of the carpeted areas, as all of you parents know, we are having to childproof the house!
The poor little guy also had pink eye in both eyes and two ear infections all in the same weekend. He was still the happiest guy ever, in fact he was almost in a better mood, it was weird. We have the best guy in the world, he is our best friend!
Sorry, no pictures right now, I am at the shop but will post soon. Love to all of you!
