Vacuum

So we got Justin this vacuum for Christmas. He plays with the one at daycare a lot so we decided to get him his own. They say at daycare he even moves the chairs out of the way to vacuum under the table - I would like to think it's because of my good cleaning skills but we all know that's not true. The video says it all.

The Dog

Sandie was right, I love this toy and Justin does too! He walk around and dance with it. IT's so cute, you push his paws, ears, nose, tummy and so on. Every part has a function/purpose. The left hand it to sing, the right foot is to turn him off... it's sooooooo cute!

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning, usually Colin wakes me up really early so we can run downstairs and open presents, we even did it last year with Justin because he was still so little. Well this year we wanted to share opening the presents with everyone. So my parents came over and at 8:30 am we turned on our new webcam so Sandy and Doug could watch Justin open his presents. It was a great idea that Colin had. So our Christmas present to Colin's parents was a webcam to watch Christmas morning and of course so they can watch him "Live" on the webcam when they need a dose of Justin!! It was a lot of fun and I think one of the best parts is we can actually talk through the computer too so Justin can here them talking. The only unfortunate part is that he can't see them. So we told Sandie she had to get a webcam so that is on her list of things to do today! So when I get home today from the shop, you can bet Sandie and I will be playing with the webcam! Technology is amazing!

Therefore there are not a lot of pictures of opening presents because the family was able to watch everything as it happened.
Thank you to all of your for all of our presents, especially Justin since he can't thank you himself. He loves everything and has been very busy playing with all of his toys. He is also going to be the most fashionable around with all of the clothes he got!!!! One of my favorites is his pair of Uggs he got from my parents, now he can match his mama! I love my Uggs and just got a new pair too!!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we went to my parents house, which is when we do our big Christmas dinner. The Jorgenson's came out as well (my cousins). We had a blast, Justin loves the kids, lots of fun and laughter!

Hangin with Grandpa and Grandma

So cute. My parents watched Justin this past weekend while we had an Emerald City work party. They bought him a wagon and the picture of him in the wagon, he somehow crawled in by himself, looks totally posed but it's not! The chair that he is sitting in was a chair that my Grandpa made for my dad when he was little. Lots of history so you can imagine how proud my Dad was to see him sitting in it!

Some cute videos....

There are two videos. The first one is of Justin feeding the dogs their treats, the second is of him doing this little thing that we do together... I had to try hard not to do it while I was recording because it's not the most attractive sound! But it is adorable coming from Justin!

Bloody Lip

I know this is a terrible posting but having a boy, these things are like milestones (or something). Justin was playing outside watching his dad work in the yard and had a little accident, he fell and bit his lip. I of course freaked out... Colin is learning that he has to calm me down more than the baby! The first time another kid hurts Justin - I am taking them down!!!!!

I Ate Santa's Cookies!

Sandie got Justin this adorable shirt and has requested pictures. So I put it on him today. So cute!!! It fits perfect and he looks so good in red! These were taken around 5:45 this morning, since we get up so early to take him to daycare since it's not too close. He was a little grumpy at first but then his mood improved.

Hard Days work

Justin and I just got back from our long day of bonding and fun! I took today off (sort of) because I am going to be working all the way through Christmas Eve since some of our girls asked for vacation time. So Justin and I headed to the mall to buy presents and just wander. It was so much fun. Justin even missed his nap and we totally messed up his schedule - it was again, so much fun!!!!!

Not quite yet...

Although Justin is a mini me to Colin, he is not quite into his wranglers...

Santa

Well, Justin and i had two Santa visits. The first one was for charity so Santa was a little scary. They accidentally deleted the pictures so we had to do it again and Justin was not interested anymore. So today I was brave and decided to wait the line out... not too long and it was the same place as last year so we stuck it out. This is a picture I took with my camera so it was after the professional ones were taken. I have those copies too so this is a side shot. It was so cute. I walked in with him holding my hand, walked up to Santa to see what he would do and he put his hands up to Santa for him to pick him up. He did great. It was funny listening to a lot of the other mom's around me having to bribe their kids to sit on Santa's lap. "You can have whatever you want if you sit on his lap, if not, we are going home right now!". That was the common bribe/threat! Glad Justin is still a chill little guy!

Our Tree

So we just got our Christmas tree this past weekend. Justin loves it. I know all of you parents know this, but it was funny for us to decorate the tree and put the fragile ornaments at the top and the "safe" ornaments at the bottom. Justin loves to play with them!!! We are trying to teach him that he can touch but not take them off. Good luck.... I know!! I just don't think it's fair that he can't touch the ornaments when they look like toys to him - obviously he doesn't know the difference. It has been fun! We are still trying to decide if we want to put the presents out now because we are sure that Justin will tear them apart - he is so sweet - and we are loving every minute of him! As Doug said... Christmas is definitely for kids.
